I’m proud to share that as of this month, Stelth IT has successfully completed the Office 365 integration between Digirad and TTG Imaging Solutions – a major milestone in the post-acquisition journey.

When the acquisition was finalized, unifying the organization under a single identity became a top priority. CEO Matt Mastarone was clear: by the start of 2024, TTG and Digirad should be operating as one team, on one platform, with one brand.

That meant consolidating two entirely separate Microsoft 365 environments – a critical step not just for collaboration and branding, but also for simplifying security, licensing, and ongoing IT operations.


How We Got It Done

With TTG’s internal IT team still ramping up and vendor quotes coming in well over budget, we tapped into a trusted solution – Stelth IT, the boutique consulting firm I founded and still lead today.

Our team came in:

  • At less than half the cost of competitive bids

  • Fully equipped with deep knowledge of both environments

  • And ready to move fast without compromising quality


What We Delivered

This wasn’t a basic mailbox migration – it was a full organizational shift, planned and executed down to the last detail. The project included:

  • ✅ Migrating all Exchange mailboxes, SharePoint libraries, Teams, OneDrive, and calendar data

  • ✅ Transitioning users to TTG-branded identities, with legacy Digirad email addresses maintained as aliases

  • ✅ Deploying updated group policies and configurations for all devices

  • ✅ Establishing clean Azure AD and network trust relationships

  • ✅ Delivering extensive documentation and post-migration support

All of this was completed with zero operational downtime and seamless continuity for users.


What It Means Moving Forward

This project was more than a tech upgrade – it was a cultural and operational unification. Everyone in the organization now operates under a single domain, with shared tools, shared calendars, and a sense of one team moving forward.

From an IT perspective, we’ve:

  • Simplified licensing and compliance

  • Reduced long-term administrative overhead

  • Created a scalable environment for future acquisitions or growth

  • Built trust in IT as a value-adding partner, not just a support function
