As Digirad transitions into the TTG Imaging Solutions family, one thing has become crystal clear: culture matters – and so does identity.

Our CEO, Matt Mastarone, has made it a top priority to unify the organization under a single banner, and that includes standardizing all email and productivity systems. No more split branding, no more isolated tenants. Everyone under one roof, with one domain, by January 1st.

The goal? A fully consolidated Office 365 environment, where Digirad users are absorbed into the TTG O365 tenant, bringing with it the simplicity of shared resources, consistent branding, and a cleaner security model.

There’s just one challenge: TTG’s internal IT team is still being rebuilt, and the typical vendor quotes we received for this work were both overpriced and under-timed.

Enter Stelth IT

Fortunately, I happen to know a firm that specializes in just this kind of lift – my firm, Stelth IT.

When we reviewed the scope, we knew we could deliver this faster, cheaper, and more effectively than the market was offering. We came in at less than half the cost of competing bids – and we’re able to deliver with a trusted team that’s already familiar with both Digirad and TTG environments.

What’s Included: Clean Integration with No Disruption

This isn’t just a mailbox shuffle – it’s a full-stack unification of two corporate tenants. Key features include:

  • ✅ Full user and mailbox migration from Digirad to TTG, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and calendars

  • ✅ Preservation of legacy Digirad email addresses as aliases, while moving forward under unified TTG branding

  • ✅ Infrastructure setup between Digirad and TTG environments, including VPN connections, trusts, and permissions

  • ✅ Detailed documentation and guidance for staff to test, validate, and configure access on all devices

  • ✅ A phased approach that supports continuity, testing, and a seamless go-live

The best part? No disruption to staff. When the switch happens, users will log in with their new credentials, access the same data, and see their communications flow cleanly from a new, unified domain.

Timeline and Scope

The project is scheduled to be fully complete by January 31, 2024, and is being delivered as a flat-fee engagement by Stelth IT – scoped tightly, tracked meticulously, and executed with precision.

You can read more about the technical project plan here (or reach out if you want a copy of the charter).

Why This Matters

This project isn’t just a technology upgrade. It’s about cementing a unified identity across the organization – bringing people, platforms, and purpose into alignment under TTG’s vision.

I’m incredibly proud that Stelth IT is trusted with this engagement. It’s always special when the team you built is able to step in and deliver for the company you’re part of. We know the systems, we know the people, and most importantly – we know how to get this done the right way.
